Sapota Ice Cream (recipe sent from our customer in Australia)
Ingredients
- 1 tin (~397g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tin (~ 354 ml) evaporated (unsweetened condensed) milk
- 300 ml double cream (heavy whip cream)
- Add 4 tablespoon of Indus Farm Superfoods sapota fruit powder
- Add saffron as per liking
Directions:
- Mix all the ingredients well, pour in molds and freeze.
