Grandma's Custard Apple Ice Cream

3 cups whole milk

4 tbsp Indus Farms Superfoods custard apple powder

4 tbsp sugar

saffron as per liking



Boil milk until it reduces to half. Keep stirring.

In a separate bowl, add custard apple powder and little bit of cold milk to make a smooth mixture. Blend well.

Add this smooth custard apple mixture to boiled milk.

Keep stirring until its all blended well. 

Let it cool. Refrigerate it for one day.

Blend the cooled mixture in blender. 

Pour in molds and freeze.

Garnish with saffron, pistachios, almond flakes.
