Banana Smoothie

 


Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups milk (or almond, coconut, rice, or soy milk)
  • 2 tablespoons Indus Farms Superfoods banana powder
  • A pinch of cardamom to taste (optional)
  • Sliced almonds (optional)

 

Directions

  • Blend banana powder & cardamom powder with milk. 
  • Garnish with sliced almonds and enjoy.

 

Bonus tip #1: You may also try some other combinations like strawberry-banana, avocado-banana, apple-banana.

Bonus tip #2: Add chia seeds, flax seed powder to make it a wholesome breakfast drink.
